GMG appoints new CFO

The clean tech company, Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd. (GMG.v) recently announced the appointment of Frederick Kotzee as its Chief Financial Officer.


The chartered accountant has worked with many resource and industrial-related companies and has +20 years of public markets experience leading financial operations and strategic planning for multinational companies.


As CFO of Kidman Resources, Kotzee successfully secured financing and offtake agreements with large battery purchasing companies and supported Kidman's ultimate acquisition for over $750M.
