Big battery preformance update Graphene Manufacturing Group (GMG.v GMGMF) provided a huge update earlier this week, showing the performance improvements it has made with its Graphene Aluminium-Ion Battery technology.
GMG has increased the energy density of its Graphene A-I Batteries by 93% since their last update to 290-310 Wh/kg. Also, power density has increased by 33% to ~9,350 W/kg.
The test battery cells now have a higher success and pass rate which is a step toward commercial production.
Going forward GMG will continue to develop their coin and pouch cell batteries to achieve a capacity for the desired products that are being targeted for initial customer sales.
