Fast Track my education

Would really appreciate if anyone could give me a quick synopsis of what this company has in addiiton to the cash as well as what the problem could be in why the market won't at least value the company at cash value.
Just got a toe in the water at 83. Like the cash, dividend and share buyback, markets can be wrong but sometimes they discount accordingly. Any thoughts open or pm'd would be appreciated.
