GobiMin Share Structure

GobiMin Share Structure70.51% controlledby Felipe Tan in the PRC and 17.58% controlled by a PRC state-owned company.

"Tan had been an executive director of Simsen International Corporation Limited, currently known as Huarong International Financial Holdings Limited (listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“HKEx”), stock code: 993)."

Does anyone know why GobiMin was incorporated in Canada and is listed on the TSX V? Canadian investors will never fairly value Chinese cash and holdings even in the best of times. They should be on the Hong Kong stock exchange like Huarong, or else the SSE. There's also no listed Canadian phone number. We have to call Hong Kong, which I am doing soon to see about an investor discussion.

"From September 2012 to September 2019, Mr. Tan had been the executive director of Timeless Software Limited (“Timeless”) (listed on GEM of HKEx, stock code: 8028) and also served as its chairman from July 2016 to September 2019. Mr. Tan has been re-appointed as chairman and executive director of Timeless since March 2021."

The only board member besides Tan who owns any shares is Joyce Ko: 120,000.

Why do the other board members not want shares if the company is so grossly undervalued? Duncan Hancock located in the PRC: 0 shares. Maxime Lemieux located in Quebec: 0 shares. Ma Jianquing located in the PRC: 0 shares. Dominic Cheng located in British Columbia, 0 shares. Philippe Marleau located in Quebec: 0 shares.
