Firstly, since when is the establishment of a corporate website properly defined as a "material change" in a corporation???
And with respect to email communications,legally and without the need for "Personal and Confidential" to be noted on same, the email between from Marc to the poster is a private communication between the two of them and is not in "the public domain". No individual is obligated to share private email communications with "the public at large".
