Just went searching after reading lana2010 post and the similarities between the two companies couldn't help but be noticed.. When i bought GNZ it was looking for gold until Mr. Dame came along. The people involved would have to know what trouble could erupt and i'm hoping for an answer to this before any government agency gets involved. You can lose even when you win.
I can't find the filings on Xstra in edgar, maybe someone else can. Did you know that even though it has a Florida address, i came across where it is a Calgary based company.
I never did beleive that Mr. Dame was going to give up controll of his baby and i'm hoping that this is his way around the tsx-v as long as he takes us with him.
