What we'll likely see is a small bump in SP when the results come this week or early next, and then right back down to these levels. The people that are keeping this stock down are individuals with a lot of capital that are providing statements which scare off other retail investors. The find shares to short for other brokers (none of the big banks in Canada will allow shorting a penny stock), and drive the price down on fear. They then buy up their shorts while their money has been made (right around the time news comes out) and make the money on the way up. Once it hits a high, they short the high, provide more statements on why the stock will go down, sell a big bunch back to low bidders to provide a false sense of the stock tanking and when the stock hits a price which they pre-determine, they buy back the shorts, and provide a false sense of the stock rebounding. Rinse, repeat, rinse, repeat. Like clockwork this has happened.
I think we have the same perspective here. BUT, don't sell this company/project short. It's more than likely that they will have superior economics, material etc and an overall superior PEA and emerge as the North American leader in this space. That has a premium. I would not be surprised to see over 30 cents. In any event, a reasonable 20 cent plus would be a nice ride from 12 cents now and I'll that any day of the week and twice on Sundays. GL
