No foundation below 40 cents

I think there are no investors here because it has a huge management problem and also i think take a look and see nobody has built a foundation at 30 cents perhaps that is why the share just consistently keeps falling back with no volume at all only a few investor who will not let any body buy in to get some volume.Every share has to build a foundation to start.
