I looked at the Q2 financials but they don't have much info on the $1.1M item you reter to; besides discloser in Note 10 of a gain of $1.2M arrising out of the dilution of shares in an assoicate company. I imagine that was a paper transaction done to make the income appear higher than it really was for 2013, but that is only a guess on my part. I am not personally long or short on this stock, and have no plans for either. I think the fact that in 2014 a director walked off with $416K turning the company profit into a loss is spelled out in the Q2 2014 financials, and that kind of info puts me off from investing. I would be very surprised if the share ever increase in value.
