Ricky Chiu

I have known Ricky Chiu for many years. Met him in Calgary, met him in Hong Kong many many times. I met him the last time he was in Calgary this year. I have been burnt on China stocks, and know my way around them. This is in NO way anything like MAINLAND China deals. There is a HUGE difference. The management is top notch, the accounting and auditing first rate. Ricky has enough money that he doesn't care about small deals or the kind of petty accusations being made here.

The thing about this stock is that Ricky Chiu and his family are VERY well respected in Hong Kong and have a superb reputation. Ricky went to arguably the most difficult school in the world to get into (it’s not just Oxford he went to). Beijing University is where almost every top politician and businessmen in China have gone. His connections are unbelievable. You think a company like GPW got that Yangshan deal by accident? You don’t think all the big boys wanted it too? GPW never closed Yangshan because GPW wasn’t about to raise $100m at 0.03. Ricky got the deal done anyway and still made GPW money. He could have cut it right out of the pubco and done it all privately.

I have been silently watching insiders and Ricky’s friends accumulate this stock over the years. I have heard from my broker that Ricky participated in EVERY financing. It is one of the tightest stocks I have seen. Just the buying from Ricky, his wife and his staff have astounded me.
Anyway. Ricky Chiu owns a lot of companies, and is a huge property owner in Hong Kong and Macau. But I know GPW is his baby. They are ramping up revenue, sitting on a lot of cash, and I believe Mr. Chiu has big plans for this. Look at the insider buying. Look at the financials. Look at the charts. Once this stock breaks out, and his plan becomes clearer, this is going to be the best performing stock on the whole exchange. The great thing about this stock is that I KNOW it’s going to happen. It’s just a matter of when. By the time it takes off, if you are not in, it will already be too late.

*I have been accumulating stock for many years. My high price is .28 and my low is 0.03. I look at it like my safe money in the bank.

Excellent post LiquidReality. Do you have an alternate account that you use to post on the GPW board? You sound like a veteran shareholder but have only recently posted on this board in the last year according to your post history.
