EU sets out 4 conditions for aid

EU sets out 4 conditions for aid

1)Malian  gov't must present a credible roadmap for the restoration of the rule of law and ESPECIALLY the resumption of control of civilians on the army.2)elections are organized at the earliest.3)open dialogue with Ansar Dine and MNLA.4)shed light on the abuses committed since the beginning of the crisis.Apparently Prodi said that intervention will not happen till SEP/13.Burkina Faso has sent significant military aid and possibly commandoes to help MNLA fight MUJAO.This is very interesting as there is an arms embargo against Mali.(last I read).Blais is preparing an amnesty for the MNLA and Ansar Dine.Nothing will change in Mali till Sanogo is gone.ECOWAS's needs to get rid of the Bamako strongman before turning its sights on the Islamists.See Malijet.com...more info there then any western media.GLTA
