Agronomic trials
The Company after closing its 4 years of testing campaign of its fertilizer formulation based on tilemsi phosphate, in partnership with IER (Institute of Rural Econmics), looks to build a small-scale plant in its land of Markala to start feed malian farmer with its GQ fertilizer formulation already tested and in parallel looks to run other agronomic trial during next coming years with new developed GQ fertilizer formulation based on phosphate and other local organic inputs.
Small Scale phosphate plant
The local authorities in Markala, located at 273 km north east of Bamako, has approved the allocation of a portion of land of 2.5 ha, for the construction of a small-scale plant.
The Company signed an offtake agreement with Societe Africaine de Developpement Alimentaire S.A. (“SADA”) for the marketing and distribution of 95% of the production of the plant. The Plant will also provide a blending service to produce NPK. The Company also signed an MOU with SADA for part financing the construction of the plant.
