Makes the upcoming details of this transaction in the upcoming……. when it closes, a HUGE asset for Gratomic.
Now think about this, if Gratomic had announced a potential HUGE off-take/s before this or anything else related to land was closed.
The said owners of the land would have wanted 10x’s the amount of money for said asset.
