They are looking for gullible individuals who would listen to board chatter.. The facts are solid. This is a 14 year old stock that is, listen to this, still pre-revenue. Operational financing comes from Private Placement Offering after Private Placement Offering. Then they mess with the actual Price of the stock through, not one, but two Reverse Stock Splits.
