RE:RE:Puerto Rico Regulators Affirm Solar-Centric Grid Overhaul

RE:RE:Puerto Rico Regulators Affirm Solar-Centric Grid OverhaulI believe Greenbriar has already tied up all the land needed for up to 165 MWs.  Sometimes the utility and regulatory bodies want to see the first phase of a big project come online with no hiccups before they approve the second phase.  But with the 115 KV transmission line there and Greenbriar's successful track record, they have nothing to worry about.  We have the best site and project of the 16 that have been proposed.

Hopefully, the FOMB has been told by their bosses in Congress to stop impeding progress.  That letter from PREPA certainly shredded the FOMB's credibility for me!
