Things are looking up. I like how they commented that they had 593 MW "teed-up" to say yes to and then FOMB stabbed them in the back, bushed them down the stairs and burned down the house (ok, I added that last bit). So if I understand what they were saying, we could learn from the FOMB meeting this week about the status of the 150 MW vs all 593 MW being allowed? Furthermore, I wonder how this would affect Montalva and other projects' wrt the investment tax credit. If somebody goes out there and pulls up a bush after the ok, do they qualify for the full 26%?
