RE:I really don’t understand Don't think it is a technical issue to be honest. That's when the last trade took place. Volume has been low for weeks now. Shares are tightly held it seems. As soon as the volume somewhat increased, stock price seemed to go up as well. But for now market seems to be waiting for actual progress being made.
