Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

Thanks Who for taking one for the team (again). Not many folks would try to difuse a bomb that has a 100% chance of exploding, and I, for one, appreciate it. Definitely some good intel on Sage Ranch. I'm still long. I work in permitting, so I know first-hand how some projects really do take MANY years to get off the ground. That said, I can't help but feel a tiny bit like Charlie Brown in the allegory of the football. (:
