In reality could GRB get $300 million in government money for the right kind of any development? The Sage Ranch is projected net profit is $173.9 million at a discounted net-present value (NPV) is $123.7 million. This offer is only 50% of Atlas's NPV. Numbers may vary of course. I would assume 116-page Altus Report is not avaible for shareholders to receive in a PDF download. I would like to read it, would help gain valuable info for my AAM. Talk business fellas
