jeff has never completed one single project, he just keep delay one after another , when the old one he promised gonna deliver and going downhill , then he will immediately announce a "new major project " to dispersion shareholders's attention . " let's forget about the old project, look the new big one we have ! Gonna push the stock price to 10$! ,just be patient for couple months !" And when this couple months arrive , guess what ? "This new project completely delayed as usual, and then Jeff will pull out another new project to cover their failure . Endless loop, we have found Jeff's patterns now
