RE:RE:Shneps, this is not the Captiva message board

Shneps,

Sure, but your 2 points are not relevent at this time for GRB I'm afraid...

1. You're using a straw man argument (a fallacy in reasoning) trying to refute the fact that Captiva is behind payments. That means that there's no JV at this time and therefore no claim on Sage Ranch for Captiva.

Claiming that there might be other avenues available for funding is a fantasy IMO as there's no JV at this time to back those other avenues up. Think about it.

An analogy for that would be that you buy a house but you don't pay your mortgage to the bank. You however still expect the bank to give you another loan based on the same value of 'your' house... Isn't that weird? The bank will not do that as it can't see how that would suddenly help you pay for both loans. They will foreclose 'your' home and recuperate their investment by selling the home to someone else.

2. That's a question for the PWR board or for its CEO.

I do hope that a solution can be found for PWR because if PWR wins, GRB also wins. But the other way around is not how the JV was intended to be set up. If PWR looses, GRB doesn't loose and simply moves on. GRB also engaged Voya for the financing of Sage Ranch by the way.

I do welcome positive and negative topics on any discussion. But unless Captiva is producing sufficient revenues, they are not relevant for Sage Ranch IMO.
