RE:RE:Final PDP Filed with the city November 17Bigger question for news releases is why nothing was released about the sale of 28.75 acres of property (according SEDAR and SEC filings) that belong to GRB to Paul Morris's holding company. This is a plot of land that is situated in the heart of the City, is extremely valuable for development and yet nothing has been mentioned.
Ronnie Strasser used to own this property before selling it to Jeff Ciachurski in 2017 and now Jeff has sold it to Paul Morris.
If this land belongs to Greenbriar Capital US LLC why has it now swapped hands three times without ever being noted in official filings?
Ronnie Strasser and Paul Morris have both purchased water agreements recently.

Looks like the property is next for development but why is it not mentioned in Greenbriar's documents?
