1. Are we still under the Insider Blackout Period? It has been in effect for longer than 1 year, and most news has been released. 

We still have more powerful news to be released like the final approval for Montalva and the start of construction for Sage Ranch.  Until that happens we will keep the blackout.

2. Why are we not hearing yet about the outcome of the settlement process of the Montalva project? 

Because PREPA must give permission on all of our news releases regarding the settlement.  It is customary to not issue news releases without the other party consent.  As soon as PREPA is comfortable approving the news release they will allow us to issue the news release on the postitive settlement outcome.  We expect PREPA to issue news as early as a few weeks. PREPA wants to settle this case quickly and give their final approval.

3. Are West Lake Solar projects still in progress? 

West Lake President is unfortunately in critical illness and we are waiting for his substitute.

4. Is the acquisition of the real estate agency still in play? 

Yes, very much so.  We submitted the signed acquisition to the owner of Keller Williams International, Mr. Gary Keller.  His legal team is reviewing the acquisition. Under California law he MUST approve the acquisition.  Once the acquisition is approved, all of the Greenbriar shareholders will receive new free shares of a new Company called Greenbriar Forward Living and that company will go public. This past year of 2022 , which was a slow year for real estate, Forward Living - Paul Morris did USD $7,208,106,344 in sales as owner and sold 5,339 homes in Los Angeles including Beverly Hills, generating over USD $142 Million is commission income.  Paul Morris and his team will run the company and I will not be involved in that new company. It will be run by his current management. All of the Greenbriar shareholders will receive shares.

5. Can I read your silence amidst the incremental price decline as a token of your confidence? 

Yes, the price decline is caused by the few people posting on Stockhouse who like to create problems for other people. My job is building and completing our projects and my absense is because the projects are at very serious stages of development and I cannot be distracted by conversations that are not productive. We expect big success this year for both GRB and PWR
