1. There is not one Tranche 1 project under construction and neither Tranche 2. Read the Governors letter.
 
2. No projects are being constructed except Ciro One and 
 PPOA. PREPA accepted our 2020 PPOA under the settlement this month.
 
3. The rates you state are base rates. Actual delivered rates are 40 cents.
 
4. Disputes are not legally binding. Anyone can dispute. The Sierra Club has no standing in the matter. And yes, the oil lobby pays Sierra Club. They are a pay to play game.
 
5. There were two small farms of less than 20MW. The houses were devastated. Go to Puerto Rico instead of living in your laptop in Brantford. Your information is never correct
