personally had an agreement for the purchase of the needed water rights from H Star Investments.
Paul Morris and Ronnie Strasser have indeed both purchased water rights but the letter states the agreement is with Jeff only.
I have mentioned previously that Paul Morris is the current deed holder of the 28.75 acres of land north of Sage Ranch which are listed as being Greenbriar assets in their financial documents. I thought possibly he was purchasing the rights for that property.
Ronnie Strasser also purchased water rights in 2022.
Who or what those water rights were purchased for is unknown.
In my opinion the lawyers are saying that as per Jeff's letter
he did not purchase the necessary water rights for Sage Ranch and somebody else did purchase some water rights.
Jeff has the property below for sale that comes with 52 acre feet per year of water rights. Water rights are obviously mobile from property to property so who knows where they can be allocated.
Does Morris, Strasser, Ciachurski's or some other GRB shareholders hold property they plan to develop within the Water District?
