News tends to leak out as Jeff is not one to hold back information to his friends. If there was bad news on the projects not going forward, shares would be flooding on the market as those in-the-know will bail out. This being said, when news of us going forward finally happens, shares will be snapped up before the common shareholder's get the news.

Nonsense. If anyone with more than a few thousand shares wanted out, the share price would evaporate.
So your conclusion is based on flawed reasoning.
