RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:I have to wonder sometimes,No.
Read my first post related to the rights " Water Conservation News Release" dated June 12th, eight days after the NR (in which you said nothing).
Duffman did respond.
It wasn't relevant for me to followup whether Duffman had actually confirmed with the City (which I found extremely odd that the City would comment on Greenbriar's NR, especially considering the current situation). The entire NR was a waste of shareholders money (again).
Blizzy basically dismissed the "conservation" efforts by correlating the pandemic with the water usage peak and then decline.
My point was the terminology utilized did not correlate to statements being made and yet you went on for ever about it.
Besides the fact, even if the City is conserving water it has absolutely nothing to do with the court case. The only thing relevant is the time before the EIR (and water assessment) were approved by the City.
Jeff always stated this fact himself on numerous occasions.
I've always said I believe the water is there but just possibly not on Sage Ranch's buildout timeframe and size. That and the fact GRB was working with the City reviewing the "independent" City study is beyond bizarre too me.
Note: On that topic, nobody has mentioned that the buildout timeframe has been condensed to a four year time period. If the buildout was highly questionable over (7) years then how can it be feasible over four?
Have to wait for the judges decision.
