It could be just from the individual sellers who is panic selling stuff (that may under the name Nostradamus but not ncessary an institution investor). Unless he gave us some evidence that it is from an insitution but not individual sellers or individual sellers under some big name(but still individuals not insitutional selling)

Sage Ranch final approval perhaps but not confirmed for December (pushed back another month). Montalva - nobody knows. And therefore I do not anticipate anything happening this year. And therefore being reflected in the share price.
