UPDATE

I was told by our lawyer today that PREPA hired an independent consulting firm to grade the projects last week and should have their grading report completed next week. 

He also mentioned that he is hearing that the FOMB will allow more than 150 MWac of new contracts.  Stay tuned.  Buying 10,000 more GRB tomorrow!

I am on wealthsimple and it still does not let me buy GRB but I am glad that I tightly hold my shares and did not let one go !
