The purpose of ranking all the projects is to select the top 3 or 4 projects to make up the 150mw FOMB allotment. These projects will be allowed to proceed under the current price per kw contract structure. Logic would tell you that the FOMB would want to renegotiate a lower price per kw for all those who don't make the 150mw cut since price was the main reason the FOMB delayed everything in
