Update

All,

I am responding to emails regarding Natalie's letter in direct response to my letter outling her

deficiencies of her previous letter to the Congressional request for answers from her on her denial

of more than 150MW.

Firstly, she fails to answer to Congress on the key issues in both letters now.  Not good for her.

She is telling Congress to puck off, not once but twice in a few weeks, by not answering key points.

She did not tell Montalva to puck off because this can be validated by her last comment about

Montalva where she states verbatim:

"If Mr. Ciachurski’s proposed project is as beneficial and low-cost to PREPA and ratepayers as he claims, then the results of an objective assessment of the financial and technical attributes of each project, like the one the Oversight Board has encouraged PREPA to conduct, should reflect that. We await PREPA’s determination on this matter."

She clearly helps us three times by calling PREPA corrupt, untruthful and inept. She throws all Puerto Rico agencies under the bus.  When I questioned her to Congress on her infactuation with Luma, she actually doubled down and spoke on their behalf with the same texture as if she was a shareholder. Her response to me clearly exposed herself and her continual lack of knowledge of renewable energy, lack of respect for the regulators on the Island and her complete bias for Luma.

I do not need to reply back to her.  Her words speak volumes to the pro-solar Democratics who run Congress and who are her direct boss.  She needs to answer to them, not me.

I think I am wondering what was gained for GreenBriar through this communication?  Was the plan to expose her or have her put her foot in her mouth?

Still holding, and thank you for the post.

Very interesting that while Natalie thinks the prices should continue to go lower in that she compares the prices of solar projects in PR to other states, she also calls the Montalva project 'low cost' and 'beneficial' in the area highlighted in the letter.... if it lives up to its promises. I think she showed her hand there stating that Montalva is actually low cost in spite of ...more
