Sorry for the late post but I just spent 4 hours with Paul Morris in Los Angeles going over the final
stretch of Sage Ranch. We are getting ready to cross the finish line and Paul has 8,000 real estate
agents that will sell out the entire project, not including the military demand and the aviation and
space communities. The housing prices are up by almost $70,000 per unit since March with no
signs of affordable demand going down. Mortgages will remain cheaper than renting for the next
several years and the Federal Government backstops the mortgage.
