Ask for clarity

If they won't give it then you submit this fully permitted project under the first tranche 1000mw RFP. If we miss the first tranche because of an "investigation" then we apply under the second tranche 500mw RFP in July. There are 6 tranches scheduled. We can get this built. My opinion is to question the outcome of the rankings but prepare to and submit before the deadline under the current 1000mw RFP and get our 80mw phase one approved. Then build out the entire 15 million in transmission costs, complete our phase one 80mw and then apply in tranche 6 for our phase two bringing us to 165mw. You don't sell or give up on a fully permitted project that was approved by PREPA and PREB already. Yes there might have been corruption with the 150mw but they aren't looking to push Jeff and Greenbriar off the island or else PREPA and PREB wouldn't have approved Montalva first before any other of the 16 shovel ready projects. If we're competitive then we'll get approved under one of the 6 tranches. Lastly.... after baking in the desert for 8 years we are finally at the edge of an oasis, but a palm tree fell in front of us and everybody wants to give up instead of taking the time to walk around it. Let's regroup, crack open a coconut and hike around the palm tree.

Even with the court judgement, will a bankrupt utility pay us anything in the end?  Why didn't we take the money and run years ago, if the ...more

Things are pretty clear now. Jeff and GRB has been told to go kick rocks and that is exactly what it will feel like trying to sue PR.   "If we don't have great numbers from Alberta and final approval for Sage Ranch by the end of May, I'm out. " - Formalities my friend! FORMALITIES!
