CAD investor... with regards to the news release.... I am not a corporate tax lawyer so I hesitate to even make this comment but the addition of a US registered realty company may allow a Canadian based GRB to pull more value out of the Sage Ranch property due to the difference between Canadian IFRS accounting rules and US GAAP accounting rules. How this would be done is beyond my realm of ...more
