I bought the shares because:  

1) they are a great investment, and; 

2) because I said I would.

Regarding insider knowledge, I have completed my work on the Real Estate Broker acquisition.

It is now up to Paul's lawyers to grant permission and to release the news.  I do not control their timing or actions so there is nothing I control that makes me in a gray zone for buying.

Same with Alberta.  Devon controls the activities there and the flow of official information. Once he is ready he will release news.  I do not know the exact date.

Thanks Jeff. I've asked a lot of questions lately and you've gone above and beyond what can be expected of a CEO being as accessible as you have been. It creates a lot of trust and I'm sure other readers feel the same. Your projects have a lot of value but you coming down to the floor level to talk shop with us from time should not be discounted.
