Such a slow climb. Maybe people are waiting to see if it dips, slowly adding (at least it protects against pumping and dumping). I believe at 1.50 sage is only partially priced in, so we should see growth from sage (3-4 dollar SP imo) eventually. Recurring revenue from a project like Alberta would reflect in the SP faster. With sage, there is a bit more uncertainty and likely longer before

Nobody cares. Sage is priced in already. How is a stockholder going to realize profit from a housing development anyway?

Despite the market doesn't care, you guys sounds happy. I, as a PWR investor, feel betrayed big time. PWR is not even mentioned in the approval of Sage Ranch. I invested a lit of money in PWR because of Sage Ranch. Now it looks lije Jeff played us. Very sad story. I will eat my losses i suppose. Thanks Jeff.

JTP: It's a cult of pesonality thing here. Some people see the CEO in some sort of blinding, awe inspiring light. He can do no wrong and everything he says is Gospel. If you post anything to the contrary or ask any meaningful questions, you are a "hater" and the CEO will berate and threaten to sue you. It's a symptom of a society in decay, trickle down Trumpism if you will. Good

CHubbie, go look at literally any of CEO's posts or keep your head in the sand, up to you. Does anyone know anything about a supposed "Buying Program" from some hucksters in New York that Jeff was yakking about??? They were allegedly intending to buy up mass amounts of GRB stock, just like Jeff said he would do personally. Another failed promise I guess.

Despite your carping Grb is nicely above the 20 and 50 day moving averages,and within .06 of the 200 day average.Jeff bought 78,500 shares in the last month or so,and if he buys the remaining 921,500 shares,that should get the stock over that technical hurdle,and spur technicians to join bulls like you and I.

That's all good and well and hopium but this stock has never been a wish and a prayer and maybe we can get some technical momentum etc.   We are developing real large scale projects and as and when they advance and real reports are filed w SEDAR and eventually SEC the price and money will follow.  Not going to happen overnight.   There's probably going to be good Alberta

I lost my trust in Jeff. Three days ago PWR came out with news that there was an acquisation of a BS company. Two days later he cancelled the acquisation because he investigated the company.Helo?  And for that gong show the company got halted. What a sad joke. Sage ranch is the only deal we know about that is improving. The rest is blablabla. So unprofessional and so arrogant the same time. &

Umm I own shares in VISN Jamming and if you read the NR there management said they would look into Jeffs proposal . Maybe they did not like all the broken promises Pwr has endured and told Jeff to take a hike as the product is revolutionary so yup to be a fly on the wall in those board rooms . Who knows what went down but suffice it to say VISN did not want Captiva shares so amen to that and life
