We have emailed each other on this topic several times. I understand your interest and respect deeply your frustration but asking the same question repeatedly will not yield a different answer. Making assertions and then turning them into self-confirmations also does not yield the correct answer.
From the top I can certify that PREPA and its legal counsel confirmed in their filings that they read this Stockhouse Bullboard to see if confidential information is released by the company. Additionally asking me for our legal strategy or my opinion on timing does not help our cause if you are a shareholder, (which I know you are and you rightfully have concerns) This is not the right forum. You may call me anytime personally but posting here on an active dossier where we have at least 6 different complaints in front of PREB only hurts our cause.
As you pointed out in my previous post, our litigation team in Puerto Rico decided the best course of action was to present our multiple causes of action in front of the PREB. We are also actively working with Federal Law Enforcement. Let our legal team do their job and in no circumstance, does anyone have anything negative so say about the process. Everyone from all sides and the regulator itself is fully aware of delay tactics and how they are used. There are no fools here.
Let the process work and yes our legal team believes our project and its future best belong through the PREB and is the best course of action. If your lack of visibility because of a regulator controlling the process makes you feel uncomfortable, I hear you and I see you, but I am restricted from making any comments on process or timing.
