Sage Ranch: Altus report

I don't know what the taxes are, so I'm using the CAD amount instead of the USD from Jeff's calculation. I think that is a conservative assumption. Or do you know how much the taxes are? 

231 MUSD / 35 million shares  -> 48 MCAD market capitalization fully diluted)  = 4,8 CAD per share 
Or 38 MCAD dividend over 6 year (purely theoretical)

What is your calculation about Sage?

Altus:$6.00 American.Sage:Boffo sales beginning March.Montalva,resolved in our favor in next few months.Alberta:Incremental progress beginning with 30  mega watts,and proceeding with remaining 60 within 6 months.Sales to other oil and gas cos.ocurring concurrently so that Grb will be working on 100 mega watt a by year end,2022. Assuming Jeff will lessen tax consequences I assume a levelized 30,000,000 cash flow over 6 years.Figure a multiple of 6 is reasonable for about  a buck a share.Not a NPV calculation but a per share estimate. I

I noticed the investor presentation says breaking ground on Montvala April 2022? Wonder what assumptions are being made on that target. That seem unrealistic given the proceedings but would love to be proven wrong. Any insight? Alberta was March for breaking ground I believe. Would be nice to have some more details on that project too.

Jeff mention that the Puerto Rico project is in the settlement phase therefor he can't disclose any information to outsider , but I wondering why they mention ed in the Presentation, the breaking ground will be around March 2022, and I quote: • FullyExecutedMontalvaPPA,waitingforFinalFOMBsign-off so I'm getting really confused

Exactly, that was my question. Wondered how they can even speculate on a breaking ground date? Read between the lines? Buy during tax loss season.
