I can't see Jeff considering this offer, as it seems a little low, about half of current present value.
This also could create a problem with Captiva shareholders, as many ( including myself) have bought or are holding partly due to ownership in Sage, PWR exclusion in halt, appears it will be excluded.

If this offer was received today, it can't be the reason for the blackout. Does that mean there are potentially other good news coming? Sometimes good news come in streaks. It would be great if we get one of these streaks now.
