Sorry, but you guys have been outed by the regulators and its backfired on you, as your only motive is to cover your naked short positions and your failure to furthervshort even more shares. We have made it very clear to the regulators your motives and we are asking them to track your trading. 

You guys calling the TSXV and the regulators after not getting your way in the market has been a strategy played by many scoundrels for many decades. Jeff Please post the law that was passed that says investors CANNOT question anything Mr Jeff issues and claims as a valuation,  that investors are not allowed to short any stock where Jeff is the CEO and investors do not have a right to ask  for regulators to review a misleading news releases. In my complaint to BCSC and TSX-V, I also included a request to check your various aliases that are posting hot air about your claims on various chat sites where you are pretending to be an independant investor....now that is against securities laws.....Schmuk..take your meds and resign and let a qualified person run this company in reality..rather then delusional $100M claims on every facet and
