Closing Tender Offer - Sage Ranch Sale

I would not want to be mistaken for what these people are saying. All I want to know, is a Winning Offer being submitted by August 29th? Thats my question. Dont enclose any detail concerning a winning bid to the sale.

2022 America average house price go down 20% , and it's still not closely reach to the bottom yet . The bubble it's busting . And it definitely effect to the sage ranch greatly . Forget about the 180million cad lol you would be luck if the phantom still interested to buy with 80million
