Now the bank are falling down , probably another biggest ressison after 2008 is coming , and Grb now is going to build a 995 home . Can you see that we are heading to a disaster? Who is going to buy house when the bank don't even have money to lend anymore ? You can really trust with the incompetence of this ceo . You could sell sage ranch last year so all the shareholders will benefited from that deal . Now is too late , nobody will risk to buy anymore . And building 1000 house in the dawn of biggest crisis just dumb

Gotta look at each bank individually chum. I couldn't disagree more with this statement. Set Grb aside. Can I ask you why SVB bank failed?
