We get confirmation that the Planning Commission is going to give Sage Ranch the green light on Monday, and none of the Jeff boosters on this site are buying? Where is Sven with all of his bluster? Where are his friends? Why aren't they buying hand over fist? Were they just paid shills? 

GRB remains close to multi-year lows, one would think at least a few of them would be buying?

Tyler, do you remember the fable Never Cry Wolf? There have been so many false starts and broken promised outcomes in the recent past. Most are waiting for shovels in the ground perhaps.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but approval will allow  the company to start taking deposits on new homes. I believe once the company shows there is sales,the ground is broken, and promotes this, is when we see the share price move in a significant way. I'm sure this moves up even 50 cents and there will be many looking to get out and many to get in.

That is probably the greatest significance of the PDP, is the allowance to accept the deposits. They can know apply for their "yellow report". Within that yellow report will also be how much each property has to pay for the Home Owners Association and also the additional taxes that will have to be paid for the special tax district. Tyler, the PDP is not 100% ( I personally believe it may be approved). The Planning Department is "recommending" to the Planning Commision they approve but the Planning Commmision has (3) options. Approval, Denial or Continuation. The one aspect I'm truly disappointed in is the dropping of JZMK Partners and bringing in the lesser quality product from Stong Engineering and Design
