It wouldn't surprise me if the push starts end of January next year. News gets lost around the holiday, year end tax loss selling, and those waiting to invest those year end bonus in January for TFSA's RRSP's. Really what is needed is professional marketing to get the word out!

Who really knows when it will start! My guess everything is in place NOW, the price is where they want it! They handed out the options the people with long plans are starting to purchase on the open market!
