Sage Ranch Critical Pathway

  1. Permit issuance for Phase I improvements and infrastructure which includes grading/sewers/drainage/water/dry utilities-electrical/roads/curbs and gutter/clubhouse/pool. (there are no gas lines as California is going all electrical)
 
  1. Financial close with Voya for entire USD $40 Million and immediately shovels in the ground for #1 above (Mar. 1st)
 
  1. Department of Real Estate "Yellow Report” and complete binding P&S agreements.
 
  1. Permit issuance for homes and commence building homes
