The water issue was to have "never" (guaranteed) not only stop the development but even "slow" the project. Which is what Jeff stated previously. Jay Schlosser stated there is nothing stopping the project from moving forward, while the case is in front of the courts. And yet 2 1/2 years later here we are. As the email was "forwarded" to me and had no indications that it was either "Private" or "Confidential" then technically it is now my property. As the mail contained no personal information (that isn't readily available on the internet i.e. email addresses) and further there is nothing malicous within

I will admit that the posts put out by schneps are a lot better since he quit slandering Jeff, but he continues to push the limits of credibility. His comment that the private email between Jeff and Claudia was "forwarded" to him by "someone" smells of collusion in an attempt to sow doubt and confusion among potential investors. schneps claims to have no interest in investing

Have you ever considered that once the verbal berating and abuse that I was receiving from Jeff ended so did my responses to this verbal abuse and intimidation.
