Not sure where you're coming from with your comments related to "government interest rate subsidies and programs for green housing, or new and nice versus old" The posting merely lays out (visually) the balances between the various housing products, pricing and percentage of each within the overall development. I do proudly own a ton of shares and will see this through to state my bias.  Schneps, it was a good response and lots of thoughtful info. However, way more thought than I or most would put into it unless you are seriously considering a MAJOR investment and this has gone on for years.  Also with your negative and often attacking style, one would assume or have to be an idiot to think ...more

There is no doubt that Jeff and gang, got a highly regarded company in Altus! What we little investors have to remember if we want the big bucks for share price, the big BOYS have to be very satisfied that the numbers aren't BS! The banks and big funds won't look at junk! The last 2 post on here were proof of that! Good assessments by you both! Only a long players now,
