The average allocation is 33% which would meet the water needs without Sage Ranch. The SWP potential full year allocation doesn't mean as much as the 10,000 AF they can actual pump up the mountain and store in the basin each year. How much would it cost to double the pumping capacity is huge and then where do you put it?

Sorry that 33% is a ten year average. See below: "Furthermore, and perhaps more critical, the District’s pumping capacity is limited to a maximum of 51.8% of its SWP allocation (10,000 AFY) in any given year. (AR 14193, 912.)
