Montalva

The settlement with prepa where Jeff canceled the $950 m lawsuit and got nothing was a bigger deal than some minor option exercise or the Sage false start. This Montalva ship has sailed and if not Jeff can to prove there's still an opportunity. I doubt it, do you think they didn't assign the work becuse of Jeff's lawsuit? 

There's lots of big solar companies already on the island working!  What chance does GRB have ?

GRB's had Montalva for a long time like 10years or more.  That's a lot of time for an island overrun by solar power companies to come up with tons of alternatives.  I wouldn't assume the opportunity Is still there.  Prove itz.   Besides no one wants to hire a company that "likes to sue " regardless of whether that lawsuit was justified or not.
