RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:News -Sage Ranch ..I am Jeff Ciachurski, the CEO of Greenbriar Capital Corp since 2009.
I received a very disturbing email from an intoxicated or medicated individual at 9:03:32 PM named John Hub with the phone number 1-775-343-6633.  Assuming John is his real name, he said a bunch of untrue and highly defamatory statements about myself and GRB and then ended his email conversation by saying "7753436633 if you have the balls". Given I have never taken a salary from GRB since its 2009 listing and have loaned the company millions of dollars and never converted those loans to 7 million additional shares at 50 cents or less when the shares were at $0.50 a few months ago, I am always well above the expected intergrity of any individual that serves in the capital markest and especially of higher integrity then the weird motives of an offensive, medicated or intoxicated individual like John Hub.  All of John's emails including his most recent are untrue about myself and GRB.  GRB has a signed contract with PREPA and its Governing Board. The FOMB is a formality that will come in days, hours or weeks, but delayed only because big law firms of PREPA make huge money from the Feds, by making small procedures a cash windfall. Aside from that we have all the contracts signed. I will send lawyers after John for his defamation. Please call me rather that listen to a stupid fool looking for attention and defaming people. He said his cost base is under $1.00 He should sell and make room for mature and stable individuals. He should also call 911 before he hurts someone. John Hub has lied and continues to lie.
